Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration and Management

4.2 Withdrawals

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bingoplys.

Limitation of Liability

10.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bingoplys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if bingoplys has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Maximum Liability

In no event shall bingoplys's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingoplys account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon termination, any funds remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms is under investigation. bingoplys reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and bingoplys, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bingoplys from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Amendments to These Terms

bingoplys reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
